SHIPPING POLICY

The company, once received the confirmation of the purchase, will send an email to the customer with the delivery schedule. Our shipments take 2 working days in Italy, guaranteed by DHL. For our customers within the European Union, the package may take 3 days.

  • 7 € for shipments within the Italian territory, the shipping cost will be free of charge with purchases over 100€.

  • 12 € for shipments within the European Union, the shipping cost will be free of charge with purchases over 150€.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return policy is in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights.

The requirements for returning the product are as follows:

  • 15 days from the purchase of the product.

  • Order reference number.

  • Complete packaging with the original product warranty.

  • Description of the defect, depending on the severity, we will proceed to repair, exchange the product for another selected by the customer or refund the money. The customer has the option to choose between repair, exchange, or refund.

In case the customer wants the refund, it will be necessary to complete the previously mentioned process. Depending on the method of payment made, Conchia, will take time to return the money:

  • PayPal: Immediately upon receipt of the product.

  • Credit card: It will depend on the bank that issued the card.
